We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project scope, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate written estimate or contract.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may vary if the actual project scope differs from what was originally discussed. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined in your estimate.

Project Timeline

We work hard to complete projects on time, but weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate with you promptly if any delays occur and work with you to adjust the timeline as needed.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project requirements. You also agree to ensure access to the work area and to secure any necessary permits or approvals before we begin work.

Please keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety. If you have underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure, please inform us before we start.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your contract. Please note that warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural disasters.

Concrete naturally develops minor cracks over time due to settling and temperature changes. Our warranty covers significant structural issues, not normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections.

Liability

We carry proper insurance and take all necessary precautions to protect your property during our work. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, pipes, or structures that were not properly marked or disclosed to us.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages resulting from our work or any delays.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work has already been completed or materials purchased.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges. We will provide you with a revised estimate before proceeding with any changes.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems quickly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Massachusetts, rather than through the court system.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
