Our Slab Installation Process

Site Preparation
We excavate to the proper depth, removing topsoil and organic material that could cause settling. If your soil is soft or unstable, we address that before moving forward. Proper site prep prevents future problems like cracking and uneven settling.
Base Construction
We install a compacted gravel base that provides drainage and support. The thickness depends on your soil conditions and the weight the slab will carry. For heavy-duty applications, we use a thicker base and may add additional compaction layers.
Reinforcement and Pour
We set forms to the correct dimensions, add rebar or wire mesh for reinforcement, and pour quality concrete at the thickness your project requires. Garage floors typically need 4 to 6 inches of concrete, while equipment pads might need more depending on the load. We finish and cure the concrete properly so it reaches full strength.
